February 2025 — First Tests

This was a milestone month: we tested our first microgreens!

We started with pea shoots 🌱 — experimenting with light duration, density, water filtration, airflow, and temperature. It’s a lot of tweaking, but that’s how innovation happens.

Every tiny green sprout feels like proof that we’re on the right track.
