September 2025 — Mid-Autumn Festival at Tsawwassen Mills

This month, we stepped out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight — Oh Micro! sponsored a booth at the Mid-Autumn Festival held at Tsawwassen Mills! 🌕

🎉 Festival Vibes & Farm Fresh

It was an incredible experience to connect with the community, share what we’ve been building, and offer samples of our fresh microgreens. Walking through the festival, surrounded by lanterns, mooncakes, families, and music — it reminded me just how meaningful local connections are.

We got to show festivalgoers:

• How hydroponic farming works (lots of “oohs” and “ahhs” when folks saw plants growing without soil)
• Our story — where we started, how far we’ve come, and where we’re going

🤝 Meeting You & Next Steps

One of the most rewarding parts was hearing your feedback in real time. People asked great questions:

• Which greens are most nutrient-dense?
• How do we manage water use and sustainability?
• When will our products be widely available?

Those conversations fuel us. We’re already making notes for improvements and product ideas based on what people loved (and what they were curious about).
